Yes — we take your privacy seriously. When you upload a video, we extract the audio and store it securely (without the video) to power features like transcription and word alignment. Your content stays private and is never shared.

You can choose monthly or yearly billing — annual plans come at a lower price, but include the same features as monthly plans. Need extra hours? You can top up anytime at a low per-hour rate. No worries — you can easily top up with additional hours whenever you need. These extra hours never expire, and they’ll stay in your account as long as you have an active subscription. When processing files, we always use your subscription hours first (since they refill each billing cycle), and then your top-up hours only if needed — so you get the most value.
