Yes. Each document can be shared externally via email invites or direct links.
Is my data secure with you?
Your data is very secure with us. Delibr supports SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption throughout the entire application.
Do all Jira users need a Delibr account to access information from Delibr?
No they do not. Delibr functions separately from Jira, and our Jira plugin is free to use. Users in Jira will be able to view tickets created from Delibr and see the content that is synced even without a Delibr login.
What is the price of Delibr?
We charge $10/month per active user, a minimum of 10 users per team. We only charge for active users, meaning if someone on your team has not logged in during the last 30 days we will not charge for them.
Do I need a credit-card to try Delibr?
Nope. We offer a 14 day free trial without the need for a credit card
Do you offer annual billing?
Absolutely. However, you need to contact us in order to set it up: support@delibr.com
Are there any applicable taxes?
All prices excluding Swedish VAT. Since Delibr is a Sweden-based company, as such, we must collect VAT from all customers, except customers who provide a valid VAT ID, please contact us for further information.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express through a secure payment service provided by Stripe. If you want to pay through bank transfer or equivalent, please contact us.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the subscription at anytime within the app.
