What kind of files can I upload?
Currently Intellecs.AI only support PDF files. However we are currently working to support more file types in the future
What kind of questions can I ask?
Any questions about the contents of the PDF! Note: Intellecs.AI is not a search engine, so it can only answer questions about the contents of the PDF.
What if I asked a question and the AI replied that it couldn't find the answer?
Intellecs.AI sometimes fumbles on some questions. If this happens, you can ask the question again. If it still doesn't work, then the answer is probably not in the PDF.
Do I need a credit / debit card to upgrade to premium?
No! While we do accept all major credit and debit cards, you can also pay with GCash or Maya.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
The way Intellecs.AI works is that it's pay as you go. You pay for 30 days access to the premium plan. After 30 days, you will be downgraded to the free plan. You can upgrade again anytime.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, due to Intellecs.AI being a bootstrapped business, we cannot offer refunds at this time.
What's the difference between the 4k context limit, and 16k context limit?
