Is my meeting app supported?
Interview Copilot works with any virtual meeting platform, including Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and more. The web version requires no installation, though you can optionally install our Chrome extension for added convenience. Desktop meeting apps are also supported via the Copilot Desktop app. For phone interviews, simply use the web version of Copilot on a separate device.
Is my data secure with Interviews Chat?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption and make every effort to minimize the amount of data we collect. We do not record any audio or video; audio is processed in real-time by a speech-to-text service and then immediately discarded. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through Manage Subscription on the Account page in the app, and you'll retain full access until the end of your billing period.
Are AI suggestions always accurate?
We use advanced Large Language Models from top AI research companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. You can test each one and even switch between models during your interview. While these models are constantly improving, they may not always interpret every situation perfectly, so always trust your own judgment. Interview Copilot is here to keep you on track, but it’s not a replacement for your own knowledge and experience.
Can the interviewer detect if I'm using Copilot during the interview?
No, our Copilot doesn’t join the meeting or notify anyone. It simply monitors the conversation quietly in the background. To keep your delivery natural, avoid reading AI suggestions word for word. Instead, use them as a guide to craft responses in your own voice. The bulleted list format is especially useful for quick reference. Suggestions appear near the center of your screen, but try to maintain eye contact with the camera to avoid appearing like you're reading.
Does Interviews Chat support languages other than English?
Yes, our platform supports multiple languages. To ensure accurate live transcription, make sure the selected app language matches your interview language. You can switch languages at any time during the interview. The chosen language also controls the language of all AI responses.
