How long do the credits last?
With an annual subscription you get all credits up front and they don't expire for an entire year! However, credits from monthly subscriptions expire after a month.
What happens if I already have a monthly subscription and I buy an annual subscription?
We will rollover all of your leftover credits and your monthly subscription will automatically be cancelled. You will have an entire year to spend any credits you have left.
Can I buy another annual subscription if I already have one?
Yes, the credits from your existing plan will remain separate and will retain their original expiration date. Credits for the new plan will not expire for an entire year. You can freely switch plans at anytime without losing any credits.
Can I share my account?
You are allowed to share your account within your organization and with people working for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you aren't satisfied and you've used less than 15,000 words and 100 messages please contact us within 15 days for a prompt refund.
Is it easy to cancel my plan?
Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time by clicking on the 'Cancel Plan' button on the 'Account' page when you are logged in.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes. Just start using our services and you will see how much available usage you have left. Currently the free trial is limited to 5,000 words and 25 chat messages.
Do I own the output generated by KoalaChat and KoalaWriter?
Yes. You retain all rights to the input you provide to our services and we assign you all rights to the AI-generated output. You can read more about this in our Terms of Service.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, US bank transfers, Canadian bank transfers, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and Cash App Pay via Stripe. Contact us to pay via PayPal or Wise for annual subscription plans.
How do I change my plan?
You can change your plan at any time from this page by buying a new plan. When you buy a new plan it will reset your subscription date and automatically cancel your old subscription. Your leftover credits will rollover. Upgrades are not prorated since you receive the full amount of credits when buying the new plan.
How many API calls and Google Sheet formulas are allowed?
On all plans, Google Sheets Integration and API Access is counted towards the KoalaChat limit. So for example, on the Professional plan you can use a total of 1,000 KoalaChat messages, API calls, and Google Sheets formulas combined.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All of your payment information is handled by Stripe, a trusted payment processor. We do not store any of your payment information on our servers. When you checkout or manage your plan, you will be redirected to a secure Stripe-hosted page which means we couldn't access any of your sensitive payment information even if we wanted to.
