All of our plans include a minimum of 4 client seats. This means the starting rate, after the free trial, is $12 per month. This gives you the opportunity to grow your client base while benefiting from our powerful platform!
Can I upgrade my monthly subscription to yearly at any time?
Absolutely. Directly in your dashboard settings you can switch your subscription from monthly to yearly.
How do I invite clients into the platform once I get started?
After accessing your dashboard, you'll find an 'Invite Client' button. Here, you will send an invite by Phone. They receive a code to sign in and get started (they can also sign in with email if need be). However, we recommend following our comprehensive step-by-step onboarding journey first, which guides you on the best practices and timing for inviting your clients.
I have a couple of questions before I get started, is there somewhere I can ask them?
Certainly! On our website, there's a questions tab in the bottom right corner. Feel free to ask anything there before starting, and our team will respond promptly.
I may want to cancel my subscription after my free trial ends, how can I do tha?
You can manage your subscription at any time through your global settings. Just navigate to the 'manage payment' page to view invoices, update card details, or manage/cancel your subscription.
Do you have an app?
We have a hybrid app that functions like a standard app. This app won't be available on the App Store but we explain how to save it within our onboarding journey.
Do you connect with Smart Watches?
Currently, our system doesn't support Smart Watch connectivity, but this feature is on our development roadmap.

Absolutely. We provide you with a 1-on-1 call to ensure you have everything needed to get started. You're also provided a step by step onboarding journey to follow upon signing up.
