Who can access my files? Is it safe to use Quino?
Your uploaded documents and files are completely safe with Quino. These sources and learning materials will be stored in workspaces which are accessible only for you and the people you inviteāeducators, students: the other members of the workspace. As an admin, you are the only one to upload and remove sources and members have permission to view and learn from them.
Which languages are supported in Quino?
The Quino interface is only available in English and is currently being translated to Hungarian and Romanian. The AI functionalities, such as document summaries, Q&A, and learning game generation is available in English, Turkish, Spanish, German, Hungarian, and Romanian. Learning game generation follows the original language of your uploaded source, however, summaries and Q&A can be used in any language from the list you prefer.
Can I have control over lessons and exercises?
Currently, AI-generated lessons and exercises cannot be modified, however, you can review them before sharing it with your students through journeys. Editing, deleting and adding custom lessons and exercises are features under development at the moment and are expected to be released in March 2025. Request features via e-mail: hello@quino.ai
What type of files can I import in Quino?
You can upload files in DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, PDF, TXT under 200 megabytes of file size. Video and sound formats are currently developed with an expected release in April 2025. Request file formats via e-mail: hello@quino.ai
How can I start a collaboration for my course?
Get in touch with our team through our calendar booking system or e-mail (hello@quino.ai). We will set up an online introduction meeting where we walk you through the product and we can discuss the details of the collaboration. After agreeing on the terms, we help you with the onboarding for a smooth and successful launch in your class. During the process, you are always welcome to share your questions and feedback.
