Are Purchased Credits Permanent?

If you buy credits through the "Upgrade Credits" option after becoming a RecCloud member, these credits are permanent and never expire. However, credits included with RecCloud membership plans are only valid during the membership period. Once your membership expires, these bonus credits will also expire and can no longer be used.

Is Membership Universal?

When you purchase a RecCloud membership, your VIP account can be used across all platforms—mobile, tablet, and desktop—unlocking all corresponding VIP features.

What are the differences among Basic, Pro, and Business Members?

The main difference lies in the number of complimentary credits provided. Other benefits are the same for both Basic and Pro Members, and both are strictly for personal, non-commercial, and non-profit use.
