What does No-code Fine-tuning mean?
Fine-tuning happens when you take a dataset and build out a model to use with AI. It isn't always easy to do this without code so we built a solution into Riku which handles everything in a very simple format. Fine-tuning unlocks a whole new level of power for AI and we're excited to help you explore it.
What are Public Share Links?
Public Share Links are individual landing pages that you can create for any of your prompts. You can design these with your brand in mind in terms of colors and adding a logo and your own welcome text. Share these links with anyone publicly and if they have the password to unlock it, they will be able to make generations. A no-code writing assistant builder on a micro scale for your audience!
Is Open Source Models really unlimited?
Yes, Open Source Models is unlimited for all users of Riku within the web application. As long as you are using the platform responsibly as a human, you can use the Open Source Models model as much as you like. We don't allow robot style tools to interact with the web application. If you need to do more thorough automation, please use our API.
How does the API work?
One of the big headaches we found with projects using multiple large language models is that they all return their outputs slightly differently. With Riku's API, we have standardized all the responses and through one single endpoint you can call all of the different large language models available in Riku. For heavy usage with Open Source Models, we offer great value for additional Open Source Models credits.
Can I Invite my team to Riku?
Yes. The advanced builder plan comes with 2 subaccounts. The subaccounts will use the same API credentials for the large language models as the primary account. If you would like to add more additional users then a $15/month additional charge is levied.

Do you support non-profits?

We do not offer refunds. Every subscription comes with a 5 day free trial. You can cancel this trial at any time from your account if you do not see yourself getting value from Riku. We make it easy with no pressure tactics.

Yes. Through the art of prompt building and fine-tuning you will be able to build anything that is available in any other writing assistant tool. You will also be able to build it infinitely better as you can tailor it specifically to your needs. Learning AI is an investment in the future.
