Which podcasts and videos are supported by Snipcast?
Snipcast generates summaries on-demand, which means that it works with any podcast as long as it is publically available. Spotify-exclusive podcasts, such as The Joe Rogan Experience, are not supported. This is because there is no way for us to access the audio files of these podcasts.
Is Snipcast free to use?
You can generate two Snipcast summaries for free each month. To generate more summaries and get access to other Premium features, you need a subscription, which starts at $5.99 per month.

Snipcast aims to support episode URLs from all major podcast platforms. Right now, Snipcast works with Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Pocket Casts, and Overcast. How long does it take to generate a summary?
This depends on the length of the podcast episode. In general, expect about 2 minutes of processing time per hour of audio. For instance, a two-hour podcast episode will take roughly 4 minutes to summarize.
How do I access the full transcript of my podcast?
Snipcast Premium and Patron users can access full podcast transcripts alongside the summaries. To get the transcript, click the "Open in browser" link in a summary email, and then click the "Copy transcript" button.
I'm not happy with my summary, what can I do?
Since Snipcast uses a large language model, every generated summary is unique. If you are not happy with your summary, you can try generating a new one. If this doesn't help, you can always reach out to hi@snipcast.io and tell us what you want to see improved!
